So far I have noticed a nice tick of regularity mixed with a new probiotic I have been taking. I have been mixing one scoop of this into my KOS chocolate protein powder in the mornings (most days). I have also made pancakes a few times on occasion and incorporated a scoop of this into the mix as well and it has been good! I think I will keep coming back for this in the future.
