Peanuts - Weird and Wonderful.
A peanut is a small annual dicotyledon herb (as you’d guessed) that grows a foot or so above the ground, but whose shelled seeds grow underground. Bought to fruition in the Central Americas by the Mayans, discovered by Spanish explorers and spread far and wide, peanuts today rule—and are nourishing bumper crops in China, the U.S., India, and certain African nations.

Yes - Peanut Embryo
The ovary of the oval-leafed peanut plant grows downward, away from the plant, extending to the soil. When the peanut embryo hits the dirt it turns horizontal to the soil surface and starts to mature, ultimately becoming a sandwich or something to smear on a cracker.

Love this peanut butter powder. So much easier to use in smoothies than real peanut butter. Love the taste it is strong and tastes like real natural peanut butter. Great purchase.
I love that this powdered peanut butter is lightly roasted (so the oils aren't oxidized) and that the added ingredients are organic coconut palm sugar (love this more natural sugar) and pink Himalayan salt. Mixes just like PB2, but is a little higher in fat (4 grams vs. 1 gram for PB2). Overall, this is an amazing product for a great price and I love the larger size of this tub because I go through powdered peanut butter pretty fast.
Love this flavor so much! I add this to chocolate protein powder or just drink it by itself with a little cinnamon and tumeric. So good!
