AM I STILL ABLE TO ORDER FROM KOS.COM?
YES our shipment processing is still up and running. YES you can count on our thoroughly-trained warehouse team to work in absolute compliance with up-to-the-minute hygiene and safety standards as they move these orders through.
ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?
As the pandemic continues, we’re experiencing a steady increase in online order volume. This makes perfect sense. Our product is, among many other things, an immune system booster—and at a time when the immune system has a lead role to play in the corner we all hope the world will soon be turning.
As our order volume increases, please know we’ll continue shipping as efficiently and quickly as the supply chain allows. Please also understand that circumstances may cause some orders to experience longer delays than those to which you’re accustomed.
The procedures we’re working with are dynamic and ever-changing. Occasionally, orders containing 2 or more items may be separately packaged and shipped - your single order of several items arriving in separate deliveries on separate days. Please be assured you can expect your items to arrive within 48 hours of your original stated delivery date.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE ALL AT ONCE?
We always aim to consolidate your order into as few shipments as possible. However, with recent covid related issues your order may arrive in multiple packages. If you receive part of an order, there is a good chance the rest is on the way in a different shipment. Please feel free to reach out to our support team for additional tracking information.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We understand that you may now need to adjust your delivery addresses. Unfortunately, our Support Team isn’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed.
SO WHAT IF I’M NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If you are unable to adjust your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded in full.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
We appreciate that it may not be as easy to return packages as it usually would, We always offer 90 days to return any purchase, no questions asked. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.
