Wouldn’t recommend

The taste isn’t great but isn’t the absolute but also isn’t necessarily good. The texture is fine but it leaves me feeling sick to my stomach. Maybe greens just aren’t my thing? I’m not sure but I won’t be purchasing again and also wouldn’t recommend. For reference I have the apple flavor.

Part of my every day smoothie

I love the unflavored protein to add to smoothies with tropical fruit, as vanilla is too overpowering and chocolate just doesn't work. I'd love if KOS made pineapple or coconut but for now, this is the way to go. It has no strange aftertaste in the smoothie.

This product made me instantly nauseous.
I have tried many other green powders (like athletic greens) and haven’t had any issues.
The taste of this is also awful. It has a such a fake sweetness and is just very hard to drink.

Terrible Nausea

Loved this for a couple of months then out of nowhere it started making me nauseous and sick. Posting this just to let others know in case this happens to you as well. Unfortunately I think something in the mix makes me ill and I can’t understand what since I have no known allergies!

It actually tastes like green apple! I mixed mine into a smoothie and it was delicious. It is a bit chalky but most protein powder type of products are and this one is way better than most. Highly recommend :)

I must preface this by saying that, because this is literally powdered vegetables, it naturally will not be the most amazing thing you’ve ever tasted lol.
That being said, I’ve tried numerous greens powders and been disappointed at the least with each one, so I was hesitant to try this one.
I am so glad I took the leap. This is by FAR the best greens powder I’ve ever had, both in taste , overall palatability & texture. I actually enjoy my glass of greens rather than try to force it down without gagging.
I do recommend using a frothier to make it smooth and having it over ice.

Product made me sick

Will never purchase this product again. It caused a 24 hour bout of diarrhea. Eliminated all other sources that could have caused this sickness. It was KOS Greens. I have used Amazing Grass for years with never a problem. I called the customer service line several days ago. I was told there was nothing the company could do as I didn't buy it through their website. Live and learn but did want others to know of the problem with this product.

My husband is not a vegetable eater, so I get him the greens powder to supplement. He loves it. Highly recommend. Tastes like a green Jolly Rancher!

Really good taste and easy

Really good taste and easy to get down! It does taste well, green, but not overbearing and subtlety sweet! I find it is a little hard to dissolve or fully mix in sometimes, but once it’s fully mixed it’s tasty. My kids always take it from me. The ingredients are great and I feel like it has helped with my digestive health noticeably after just a few uses. I definitely see the benefit to taking this regularly!
