This is the best coconut milk powder on the market, my only complaint is that I can’t buy in bulk! Will Kos consider selling a 1lb version?

Our family LOVES Kos coconut milk powder! It's very hard to find pure coconut milk powder. Most other companies on the market add fillers, gums, sweeteners, and other nonsense. This is pure, 100% coconut! It tastes amazing, and it's not clumpy. I highly recommend it! My only wish is that they would switch to plastic free packaging. A gal can dream ;)

What am I missing? So many great reviews and no one mentions that it does not blend well. I make a matcha latte and smoothie every morning and wanted to try this product instead of using the coconut milk that comes in cartons. I tried blending the powder with the matcha powder and water in the blender and the powder barely dissolves. My cup is full of chunks. It's the same with the smoothie. I like the taste in the smoothies but there are so many chunks of the powder. How is everyone getting the powder to dissolve?

As a coconut milk replacement, it is OK. Like, it is more watery if you add less powder, having hot water is a pain in the butt etc BUT as someone who is on a very specific diet (specific carbohydrate diet), this is an incredible product. I use it as "powdered sugar" on all my baked goods, since it's sweet, and I use it in tea/lattes. It does not hurt my stomach. Which is amazing and makes me believe it's pure. I contacted the company and there are no additives, fillers, or anti caking agents. It is a clean and good product and works for baking!

I've tried other similar products. This is the best. I put it in my coffee in the morning. Try it on ice cream. Or just dip your finger in it and just YUM.

I put 2 heaping scoops in my coffee. I love it. Crazy thing is, I can’t stand the texture of coconut itself.

Flavor is delicious. I was using canned coconut milk, not anymore. It’s also very versatile and convenient.

I add a few scoops of this to morning coffee. Gives it some creaminess. It isn't sweet so you have to add sweetener if you need that. I don't add anything though.

I really like this coconut milk powder in my coffee. The healthy fats help keep my blood sugar level, and keeps me from bottoming out. It tastes good and I love the creaminess it adds without using dairy. I still add almond milk too, for the added flavor, but this is a worthwhile addition.
The only downside is that I have to sieve it into my coffee so it doesn't clump.
