I like it but I had to take it at night :moon: it made me sleepy but it did help me go to the bathroom. This is July 17.2023 I have stop taking it I've been taking Alaya collagen and it is helping me to the bathroom :restroom:

I think maybe I need to give it more time but so far is not working as efficiently as expected. It does blend decently well and easy to add to drinks!

At the advice of my GI doctor, I was told to take inulin fiber daily. Metamucil no longer makes and it was hard to find a source. I actually stopped taking it because I couldn't find it. A web search lead me here and I'm back to using daily and feeling better for it! I do find that the powder doesn't dissolve well, but have solved this by mixing in warm water and that does the trick.

Great product! I use it in my morning smoothies!

I have been mixing this in my cold brew. It doesn't have a taste and its not chalky at all. I will use this each morning to see if I notice any difference.

this is one of the best fiber supplements out there. I've used it daily for 5 years and cannot imagine a day without it. If you've had or are having digestion issues, add this in with your diet. It'll change your life.

The Inulin powder is wonderful! I love how it dissolves in my coffee with no issues. Other fiber powders are clumpy and leave chunks at the bottom of my mug. I will be repurchasing again

Great product but was missing a scoop. This became tricky when trying to find the right portion size.

I love how this products has helped me. You need fiber? Then this is the product for you. There is no difference n the taste when you add it to water or any other drink. Love it!

I've tried so many things to help my colon and after 5 years and being consistent with inulin for 2 months now (I take it with my reds and greens daily) I'm feeling so much better. You have a customer for life. I love it has no taste and it's so easy to take.

Hard a hard time with this at first, it clumped up horribly when I tried to mix it with my coffee, but have had much better results blending it into my protein shakes and smoothies! Wish I could figure out other ways to use it without wasting it.

I have never had worse bloating and gas in my life and I've been taking this for a month and stopping today. I have been in so much extra pain that I didn't experience till now. Thought I was taking it to help my gut, ended up making it worse.

I am absolutely obsessed with the insulin powder. I honestly cannot go a day without it or I notice a huge difference. It is amazing for reducing bloating (overnight or over the course of a day, doesn't happen immediately). My stomach is flatter, less irritable, and bowel movements have become more routine and consistent. I have recommended this stuff to so many close friends who all love it as well! I use it in coffee, tea, water, mixed in with yogurt or pasta. I honestly don't think it has any flavor at all so I mix it into pretty much anything once daily.

I put the prefer in my flavored water, and another time in my tea. Within a week, I felt much better, feeling less bloat, my energy levels had gotten greater, and I just feel better than I have, but daily as I use the powder. It's not a laxative, but fiber breaks down the things that just doesn't digest regularly. Kos is my forever go to, thank you.

I needed to find a fiber to add to my daily routine because I needed to go on a semi-long term antibiotic that I knew was going to wreak havoc on my gut flora. This Organic Inulin Powder is perfect!!! It has NO flavor and dissolves 100% in my coffee. I have not had any issues with the usual problems from taking antibiotics. I am sure I will use this product each and every day of the rest of my life. Thank you!!!

This powder doesn't have much of a taste when you mix it with something flavorful. I can not imagine just mixing it with water, or almond milk, or something simple. When alone it taste like plastic. Haven't noticed much difference in my physical being, but it has only been a couple weeks of use. The top of the seal was punctured so there was powder all inside the lid when I first opened it.
