AMAZING! I didn’t expect this product to work but I’ve had such a decrease in my anxiety since I started taking these! I take the tablets so it has no flavor.
This protein powder is what I’ve been looking for. It bakes well and It tastes great. Only thing I don’t like is that the powder sinks fast after it’s mixed so you get a last gulp of heavy protein. I still love it and I would buy again ☺️
Firstly I’ll say that this stuff really works, I love it for that reason. I planed to mix this with other drinks but I was curious about how this tasted by itself and it is just terrible. If I mix it with matcha or in the mint chocolate protein it’s hardly noticeable so that’s a huge bonus! It’s definitely worth it despite me disliking the taste and I will most likely purchase again.
I started looking at Ashwagandha to helo with my anxiety. I was shocked when I loved the taste is protein shake. I expected to be flavorless but it almost tastes slightly like cinnamon to me. I love it and it so easy to add it to my shake. If I am not having a shake I have it in pills.
I love this stuff. When I take in the evenings it helps relax my body which is amazing. I have already recommended it to 3 friends.
