These products are wonderful. This specific powder I’ve had for about a month now. One scoop in a smoothie goes a LONG way. I use this every day and it doesn’t change the taste of my drink and does everything it is meant to do. It also is a generous portion for the price and better quality than any other brand I’ve used in the past. I would absolutely recommend !
I use this regularly in my KOS protein shakes. I can't add a whole scoop because it doesn't mix amazingly well with just a blender bottle. I'm sure in an electric blender it would do a lot better. The first time I got it, I got overly excited and made the mistake of putting a whole scoop in a hot latte of mine... bad idea. It totally congealed and was impossible to mix in, and I had to swallow it down in chunks which was super unpleasant to say the least. The flavor is kind of woody and grain-like. So be mindful of how you distribute and mix this one, but otherwise I don't deny the health benefits.
